Do you ever look back? I know there are many famous quotes which warn us against looking back. They tell us that the past is the past. To just let it go. Or that we need to be looking forward all the time. Well…like all things, I’m sure that sometimes it is true. But I think the reality is that we all reflect on our lives. The good; The bad; The things we wish we hadn’t done; The things we wish we had; The things that worked out; The things that didn’t; What we gained; What we lost; The meaning of life; The reality of Death. Writing the songs in the album “Look At That Man” has helped me to gain a deeper understanding of my own life journey. I hope it does the same for you.
